Elaine joined WSU King County Extension in 2002. She organizes the selection and training of approximately 100 Master Gardener volunteers each year. In addition, Elaine supervises the scheduling, placement, and performance of Master Gardeners in fieldwork throughout King County; identifies and trains new project leaders; and provides information to the public on the Master Gardener program and horticulture.
