4-H Youth

Adults: We Need You!

Volunteer to support the 4-H club to which your child belongs

Youth will get the most from their 4-H experience when the family is involved. Adults and older siblings can assist the club through providing expertise on specific projects or additional supervision of youth. Clubs often have co-leaders and youth leaders who provide support in many ways.

Volunteer to be resource assistant in a 4-H club or group near your work or home

Working with 4-H youth is a very rewarding way of giving back to your community. We welcome community members who wish to volunteer. Call our office to find out more about volunteering with 4-H youth.

Become a 4-H Leader

This can be a most memorable and worthwhile volunteer experience. Becoming a 4-H Leader will provide you with a unique opportunity to connect in a meaningful way with youth in your community. You can lead a club, a project, or activity. Whatever form your leadership takes, you will find this one of the most enriching experiences of your life. We train and screen our volunteers carefully to ensure that you have a safe and supported leadership experience.
